As a frontline advisor, you will manage records, run reports, and collaborate with faculty to resolve academic issues while maintaining high ethical standards and excellent student service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; some academic advising experience expected.
• Experience in a university environment preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to create and analyze reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor to academic programs assigned to them.
• Provide quality student service and academic advising for enrolled students.
• Assist with advising, career planning, mock interviews, and test prep options.
• Assist with application essays, letters of recommendation, GPA assessments, and plans of study.
• Review student records, plan curriculums, and support progression and graduation.
• Help with course registration, transcript reviews, and addressing academic issues.
