Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an ABA Therapist to support clients in home and community settings, under supervision from BCBAs. Paid training and mentorship are provided as you gain valuable experience in a growing healthcare field.

You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing plans to build communication and social skills, while earning competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. This position offers flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation.
• Plus one of: college coursework in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Human Development, or a related field OR at least one year of experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, Behavioral Interventionist, Paraprofessional, Child Development Professional, Camp Counselor, or similar child-focused role.

• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Help clients build communication, social, and adaptive skills.

Entry Level Pay Rate: $21 - $24 / per hour

Certified ( RBT / BCAT / ABAT ) Pay Rate: $25 - $29 / per hour
