Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking BCaBA-licensed leaders to join our team and support ABA therapy for children with autism.

In this hybrid role, you will develop goals and plans under supervision, train technicians and families, and monitor progress to ensure effective interventions. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing supervision are provided to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Holds license, certification (BCaBA).
• At least one year experience providing behavioral services to children with autism.
• Preferred experience in home, school, or community settings.
• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisors, clients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Assist BCBA in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
• Trains behavior technicians in implementation of behavior change plans.
• Trains families, caregivers, and school staff in implementation of behavior change plans.
• Assists BCBA in updating behavior change plans including current progress on behavior goals and skill acquisition goals.
• Monitors progress and treatment effectiveness of behavioral programs under the supervision of the BCBA.
• Trains new behavior technicians and job specific training to other behavior technicians.
• Provide behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders as outlined in the behavioral change plan.

Hourly Rate Billable: $47 - $50 / per hour
