Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Denton Treatment Center is hiring for Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for growth are provided.

Schedule is 8am–6pm, Mon–Fri with occasional Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires 25+ hrs/week. Competitive hourly pay with growing certification opportunities and a future BCBA career path.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
