Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for RBT certification.
• Experience with children or ABA is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to preschoolers with autism.
• Support development of communication, play, and daily living skills through engaging interactions.

• Collect data and monitor client progress.
• Maintain daily session notes and documentation.
• Create a fun, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
