Job summary

ABA 360 is seeking dedicated individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in home and community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, work closely with the clinical team, and help families engage in therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• All positions start off part time with a 6 month commitment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Act as a key member of the clinical team implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and engage families.
• Collaborate with families and other providers to improve treatment outcomes.
