Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) required or working towards.
Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients based on individualized treatment plans.
Implement behavior intervention strategies and techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and accurately record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
