Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician certification within 30 days of hire.
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation for client home visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress during therapy.
