Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking motivated individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations. No prior experience is required, as paid training and full instruction are provided.

This in-home role helps children with Autism develop independence and positive behaviors under supervision. You will work as part of a clinical team, implement skill-building plans, and regularly record progress using electronic devices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
