Job summary

BK Behavior in the United States is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in their homes or community settings. You will implement evidence-based strategies under supervision and help clients gain independence.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, afternoon or evening hours, and a first entry point into the psychology/ABA field, with strong opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
