Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is hiring compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in Palm Springs and Coachella Valley. You will work in clients' homes, support development of communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills, and collaborate with a BCBA to implement tailored treatment plans.

The role offers paid training, supervision, mileage reimbursement, flexible afternoon/evening hours, and growth opportunities in a supportive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Minimum availability of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability 1:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles for sessions.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Collect session data and complete clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members.
• Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings.
