Job summary

Asteri Behavioral Treatment Center is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. You will support skill acquisition in communication, socialization, play, and daily living under BCBA guidance.

Paid training and ongoing clinical support are provided, with afternoon/evening sessions and a flexible schedule. This role offers mentorship, growth opportunities, and a supportive team environment in Lynwood, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Afternoon/evening availability 1:00 PM–8:00 PM.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance and registration.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Assist in collecting data and completing clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress.
