Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional (RBT) in West Burlington, IA. The role focuses on one-on-one ABA services for children with Autism, with comprehensive training provided and no prior experience required.

Positions start part-time and involve home or community-based services. You must complete the 40-hour RBT course and are expected to commit for at least six months, with opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
