Heartland-Aba-1 in West Burlington, IA is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Part-time hours and paid training are available, with no prior experience required.

You will join a clinical team, record data, and help build skills for independence while working with families. Candidates must complete the 40-hour RBT course and commit for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
