Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations in Glenwood, IA. You’ll join a supportive clinical team and help children achieve meaningful goals while receiving paid training and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team, implementing skills and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Build positive learning environments and engage with families.
