Heartland ABA is hiring for a Child Autism Support Professional (Entry Level RBT) in West Burlington, IA. The role starts part-time with paid training, no prior experience required. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, record data, and work with families to support children with Autism.

Candidates must complete the 40-hour RBT course and commit to a 6-month tenure. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and a calm demeanor are essential.
• Must complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
