Job summary

ACES is looking for a Behavior Technician to work with children affected by autism in Tulsa, OK. The role offers 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings and involves monitoring client progress with a company-issued iPad.

We support our team with a part-time schedule starting at 15 hours per week and provide comprehensive training, including paid certification. Successful candidates will need strong communication skills and a passion for helping children.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus, with backgrounds including camp counselor, nanny, or childcare volunteer.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or in home-based settings.
• Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.
