ACES, a leader in autism care, is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in centers or home settings. You’ll work with children to build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.

You’ll track progress on an iPad, collaborate with families and supervisors, and participate in paid RBT training and certification. This part-time role offers growth opportunities and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for supporting children and families impacted by autism.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology.
• Reliable transportation with a State driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Availability during times most needed by families.
• Commitment to completing paid virtual RBT training.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques from our training program.
• Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.
