Job summary

ACES is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or at client homes, helping children build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based techniques.

You will track progress on company iPad data systems, collaborate with families and supervisors, and participate in a comprehensive paid training program with opportunities for career advancement. Part-time schedule with benefits and paid training included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Enrolled or completed one college course (Trade/Tech School applicable).
• Patience and empathy with a passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using techniques from our training program.
• Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.
