Job summary

ACES is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or home-based settings, helping children build communication, social, and problem-solving skills using evidence-based ABA techniques.

You will track progress with an iPad and data systems, and collaborate with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth. Part-time role with ~15 hours/week, generous training, and growth prospects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Enrolled or completed at least one college course.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology and data entry.
• Reliable transportation and in-state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or in home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using evidence-based techniques.
• Track client progress using company-issued iPad and data systems.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support growth.
