Job summary

ACES is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings. You’ll reinforce positive behaviors and track progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems, collaborating closely with families and supervisors.

Ideal candidates are patient, empathetic, and motivated to make a difference in children's lives. A high school diploma or GED is required, and paid virtual training plus mentorship opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Patience and empathy when working with children and families.
• Strong communication with children, caregivers, and supervisors.
• Ability to follow data-driven ABA procedures and document progress.

Responsibilities
