This full-time position offers hands-on experience drafting pleadings, researching cases, and participating in hearings under the guidance of experienced attorneys. Requirements include a Juris Doctor and admission to the New York Bar, plus zero to three years of litigation experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Zero to three years of litigation experience; clerkships or internships considered.
• Admission to the New York Bar, or passage with admission pending.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Initiative and genuine interest in federal and NYS civil litigation.
