The position requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in a call center or legal setting, plus familiarity with Windows, Office, and internet browsers. On-site work in Columbia, SC is expected with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position supporting SCJB E-Filing, AIS, and CMS systems.
• Requires strong customer service fundamentals and ability to communicate clearly in writing.
• Able to troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex problems.
• Must follow training plans and document actions in call tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for callers with SCJB E-Filing, AIS, and CMS.
• Complete Call Center Specialist I Training Plan and demonstrate learned skills.
• Provide customer support: navigate/upload docs, reset passwords, user maintenance.
• Document actions, monitor issues in tracking software, and communicate resolutions.
• Stay updated on system releases and new features.
