Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a Front-End Team Member to create a smooth checkout experience and help customers complete purchases accurately. You will rotate between scanning, bagging, and assisting with questions, maintaining a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Strong communication, basic math, and attention to detail are valued. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred. Weekly associates discounts and benefits are offered where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 years of age or older, depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions and cash, card, and digital payments accurately
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and running smoothly throughout the shift
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep
• Follow company policies, register procedures, and checkout processes
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow during the shift
