Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to help deliver a smooth checkout experience. You’ll assist customers, scan items, handle transactions, and keep the front-end area clean and organized.

The role also supports bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and addressing pricing or service questions in a fast-paced store environment, with a focus on friendly service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Completion of cashier or front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle checkout transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers at the front-end and provide friendly service.
• Keep checkout area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Assist with bagging, cart retrieval, and general front-end upkeep.
• Monitor pricing, transactions, and respond to customer questions.
