Brigitflex Inc. in Elgin, IL, is seeking a Drill Operator to support PCB fabrication with emphasis on CNC drilling using Excellon machines.

You will handle material prep, drilling, depth milling, countersinking, routing, inspection, and cleaning, while maintaining safety and cleanliness. The role offers hands-on training, opportunities to cross-train in CAM/CAD and related processes, and potential higher starting pay for experience in Excellon drilling, CAD/CAM, or AutoCAD.

Formación

• Experience with Excellon CNC drill operation and programming.
• Familiarity with process documentation and cross-training.
• Willingness to cross-train in other manufacturing processes.

Responsabilidades

• Drill PCB materials with precision and accuracy.
• Perform depth milling, counterboring, and countersinking.
• Route PCB materials internally and externally.
• Inspect drilled/milled PCBs for conformance to specs.
• Clean and prepare laminates for dry film lamination.
• Collaborate with production to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety procedures and ITAR requirements.
