Job summary

Moses Lake Industries, Inc. (MLI) is hiring an Entry level Chemical Operator in Mesa, AZ. You will work under the Production/Maintenance Supervisor to prepare containers, formulate batches, and ensure clean room procedures are followed.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, training uncertified operators, and maintaining production records. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adherence to ISO standards in a high-purity manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Electric Pallet Truck certification or ability to obtain certification.
Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
Working knowledge of arithmetic and grammar.
Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects to meet deadlines.
Ability to work as a team or independently.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

Prepare product containers (bottles, drums, totes, etc.) for filling per specs and work orders.
Formulate and batch products according to customer specifications.
Fill containers following clean room procedures and product requirements.
Document plant processes and record production data.
Monitor production processes to ensure system/equipment efficiency.
Train uncertified operators per procedures.
Prepare product for shipment.
Use proper tools and ergonomics when handling materials.
Stock product and packaging supplies.
Maintain a safe, clean work environment per 5S standards.
