Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Professional communication with customers and team members.
• Clean driving record with a valid license.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Bilingual strongly recommended.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients daily to grow your customer base.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections.
• Update your CRM tool daily to track prospects.
• Complete GM training every quarter to remain in good standing with the store.
• Be punctual when arriving and ready to go when shift starts.
• Maintain CSI score per manufacturer guidelines.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of vehicles to customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Conduct yourself professionally with peers and guests.
