Job summary

Baylor University seeks a Program Manager to support the Baylor New Venture Competition and related entrepreneurship activities. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage events, and promote programs across campus.

The role focuses on engagement among students, faculty, staff, investors, donors, alumni, and other partners, with emphasis on providing opportunities and funding connections for new ventures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years in program management.
• Master's degree preferred for higher level coordination.
• Experience coordinating entrepreneurship programs or competitions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Baylor New Venture Competition events and budgets.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement including students, faculty, donors, and investors.
• Promote programs and manage outreach across campus and external partners.
