Job summary

University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) College of Business seeks lecturers for an Entrepreneurship pool. Courses may be on-campus, online, or hybrid, with appointments made semester by semester. Positions are part-time (<50% time) and taught as needed.

Ideal candidates hold a related degree with teaching experience; prior teaching at the college level is preferred. This pool does not guarantee sponsorship; individuals must have work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration with 3+ years of professional experience.
• Master's degree in business administration with 1+ year of professional experience.
• Terminal degree (PhD/DBA/JD) preferred.
• Applicants with prior teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction to undergraduate/graduate students in-person and online.
• Develop and schedule learning experiences to meet outcomes.
• Plan and implement evaluation tools for student progress.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (Canvas).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the College of Business.
