Job summary

CU Denver seeks individuals to join a pool of Lecturers in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, for temporary, non-tenure-track appointments. Positions are part-time (<50% FTE) and filled semester-by-semester as needs arise, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Lecturers will teach undergraduate or graduate entrepreneurship classes, deliver tailored instruction, and assess student progress while aligning with curricular objectives and policies.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher degree in a closely related field.
• Significant professional/technical/managerial experience in the discipline; minimum 3 years.
• Prior teaching in higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach Entrepreneurship classes at undergraduate or graduate level.
• Deliver tailored instruction to diverse language and cultural backgrounds.
• Prepare balanced, rigorous lesson plans and assess student progress.
• In-person, online-remote, or hybrid teaching modalities.
• Report student offenses and adhere to program policies.
