The University of New Hampshire’s Entrepreneurship Center seeks an adaptable adjunct staff member to support programs, engage students, and help operations run smoothly.

Reporting to the Associate Director, this half-time role offers hands-on involvement across event logistics, outreach activities, and data-driven impact reporting.

Ideal for organized, proactive individuals who thrive in a student-centered environment and can manage multiple initiatives with flexibility.

Qualifications

  • High school degree and 3–5 years of experience.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite/Google Workspace, database management, and common design programs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students, and the public.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Availability for select evening and weekend events.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics for ECenter programs and events, including workshops, speaker series, pitch competitions, accelerator sessions, and field trips.
  • Provide on-site support before, during, and after events; support in-person, virtual, and hybrid programming.
  • Track program participation and collect participant feedback for improvement.
  • Assist leadership with timelines, calendars, and project coordination to keep initiatives on track.
  • Some evening/weekend availability required; some off-campus travel for errands.
