  • Administer surveys and assist with organizing and interpreting program outcome data (attendance, demographics, venture activity) to support impact reporting.
  • Assist in implementing the ECenter’s broader campus engagement strategy, including outreach to student organizations, campus offices, and academic departments.

(25%) Center Operations & Information Management

  • Support general communications; respond to inquiries and route messages appropriately, with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and database systems (e.g., Airtable, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Process invoices, reimbursements, purchase requests, and Pcard submissions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain financial tracking records and budget spreadsheets; prepare summaries and reports as needed.
  • Coordinate student award payments and monitor student participants across ECenter programs.
  • Ake purchases and arrangements on behalf of the ECenter, including office supplies, catering, travel, and conference logistics.

(25%) Student Engagement & Experience

  • Support the development and execution of student recruitment and classroom outreach strategies, focusing on faculty and programs with a high degree of interest in innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Recruit, train, and provide day-to-day support for student ambassadors; organize and staff tabling events when ambassador availability is limited.
  • Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable presence in the ECenter, providing tours for students, prospective students, families, alumni, and donors.
  • Manage the day-to-day student experience in the ECenter’s physical space, ensuring it is ready to support student activity and events.
