You will own the store’s business plan, manage scheduling and payroll, recruit and develop talent, and uphold AEO Brand Standards to keep the store guest-ready. If you love AE and Aerie products and have a track record of leadership and results, this is your role.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store team and achieving KPIs.
• Strong coaching, hiring and development skills.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and make real-time business decisions.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Understanding of employment law and workers’ rights.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest loyalty through an exceptional guest experience.
• Own the store's business plan to meet KPI goals and manage daily P&L elements.
• Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team with development plans and performance reviews.
• Foster teamwork, uphold brand standards, and recognize top performance daily.
• Oversee visual standards, floorsets, merchandising, replenishment and guest readiness.
• Create effective schedules by evaluating traffic and payroll to optimize staffing.
• Maintain integrity in compensation decisions and asset protection.
