Farm Bureau Financial Services seeks an Insurance Agent to build your own business while helping clients protect financial futures. You will develop tailored insurance solutions across property & casualty, life, and health within a supportive, training-focused environment.

You'll identify client needs, prospect for new business, and deliver compelling proposals, with opportunities for performance rewards and a clear path for professional growth in a community-focused company.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License and Life & Health License
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate an independent business
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• SIE certification preferred

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess client needs to tailor insurance solutions
• Prospect and generate new business through calls, networking, and lead sources
• Set appointments with prospective clients to assess financial services needs
• Develop customized insurance proposals and deliver compelling presentations
• Close sales by communicating the value of insurance products
• Maintain a list of contacts to jumpstart your business and expand your network
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies
