Qualifications

• Proven track record in insurance sales, business development, or producer roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial and/or personal lines insurance.
• Ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability for results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Active insurance license required, or ability to obtain promptly.

Responsibilities
