Job summary

Sea-Mountain Insurance Brokers, Inc. in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer with an entrepreneurial vision to drive new business growth within our expanding commercial division.

Build a personal book of business within an independent agency while focusing on niche commercial lines and clients you know best. You will own your success with an above-industry commission structure, robust onboarding from Day 1, and tools to develop a scalable sales plan.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license(s) required for WA.
• 3+ years of sales experience in an insurance brokerage.
• Preferably B2B sales experience or ability to obtain WA P&C license on hire.
• Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business activity and appointment goals via networking and events.
• Travel to visit clients throughout the year.
• Research prospects and craft customized messaging.
• Think entrepreneurially to build a scalable sales plan.
• Develop client relationships with team and underwriters.
