Farmers Insurance - Oklahoma is seeking a Business Insurance Agent (BIA) to join its proprietary program. The role targets entrepreneurial, sales-driven professionals aiming to grow a specialized commercial insurance practice while collaborating with established Farmers agents.

You will develop tailored solutions for small and mid-sized businesses, build a personal book of clients, and operate within a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Ability to obtain appointment under Farmers guidelines.
• Willingness to complete required Business Insurance Agent training within designated timelines.
• Strong sales aptitude and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working toward performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, quote, and bind commercial insurance products, including BOP, Commercial Auto, Workers’ Compensation, and Commercial Umbrella.
• Build and manage a personal book of commercial insurance clients.
• Collaborate with Farmers agency owners to support business insurance opportunities within their agencies.
• Develop relationships with business owners across multiple industries (e.g., contractors, restaurants, professional services).
