Job summary

The Technology Alliance seeks a part-time Manager, Program - Entrepreneurial Climate and Research Capacity to advance two board-approved workplans beginning October 2026. You will directly manage two University Fellows, ensuring alignment with committee goals and CEO priorities, while building a robust Washington innovation ecosystem network.

You will translate priorities into concrete programs, map sponsorship and evaluation plans, and collaborate with business, academic, and public-sector

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressively responsible experience in program management, policy, nonprofit, or related work.
• Experience working with executive leaders, boards, and senior stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring early-career professionals and interns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as program manager for two committees, advancing board-approved workplans.
• Directly manage two University Fellows, including onboarding and progress monitoring.
• Translate committee priorities into programs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Lead implementation of the Entrepreneurial Climate workplan and Research Capacity workplan.
• Plan, organize, and support committee meetings with agendas and materials.
• Build relationships with business, academic, nonprofit, and public-sector stakeholders.
