BTI Group, a leading business brokerage, seeks a Business Broker to connect buyers and sellers of privately held companies with revenues up to $100 million. You will work with owners, buyers, attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other professionals to guide transactions from engagement through closing.

This is an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven role that rewards building networks and helping clients reach important business goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building.

• Professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Experience in sales, finance, consulting, business ownership, or professional services is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with business owners interested in selling their companies.
• Identify and qualify prospective buyers.
• Facilitate communications and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, lenders, and other advisors throughout the transaction process.
• Manage multiple opportunities while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Guide clients through every stage of the business sale process.
