Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. We put much thought, data, and research into our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year.

Step-by-step assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards.

Comprehensive education: You will benefit from a mix of in-person and virtual training, including core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems.

Resources to help you grow and evolve: As your business grows, you'll access resources to secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop or modify a business plan, and connect with a network of experienced EAs and business experts. Your AAA recruiter can review specifics with you.

Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven businesspeople interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring relevant business or industry experience and need some capital to ensure your agency meets AAA and member expectations. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency serving new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships, along with other products, to a loyal client base.

Products include:

AAA Membership: Offering auto, bicycle, RV, and motorcycle programs valued for roadside assistance and savings opportunities.
Property and casualty insurance: Selling Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, and Commercial Lines, with access to brokered products from multiple leading carriers (varies by state).
Life Insurance: Selling Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating from A.M. Best.
