1. Start with a solid foundation: The EA model is designed to serve the needs of our members. There is much thought, data, and research that goes into our candidate selection, interview process, and agency location placement. We provide EAs with assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year.
2. Step-by-step assistance: The core of your EA onboarding will be a detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards.
3. Comprehensive education: You will benefit from mixing in-person with virtual training; the program includes core business skills, sales, customer service, products, and systems.

Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self-motivated, results-driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi-line insurance agency. You’ll bring business or industry-relevant experience and need a level of capital to ensure your agency delivers the service AAA—and our members—expect. You’ll own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members. You’ll sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base.

Products include

1. You’ll offer programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles. People value their AAA Membership for access to our trusted roadside assistance, and for the more than 126,000 opportunities to save on dining, shopping, hotels, rental cars, travel events, and auto care.
2. You’ll sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines. Because we always strive to do what’s right for our members, you’ll also have access to brokered products from multiple, national and regional A rated leading carriers to help you serve a wide variety of needs. (varies by state)
3. You’ll sell Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities. Founded in 1969 and affiliated with AAA, AAA Life Insurance Company has an A- rating (Excellent), which is the 4th highest ranking out of 16, by A.M. Best Company.
