GYMGUYZ Williamsburg seeks a Master Trainer to lead and mentor a team of trainers, delivering results for clients at homes, offices, and community spaces. You’ll shape a culture of growth and excellence while expanding the mobile fitness model beyond gym walls.

You will conduct assessments, design sessions, monitor client progress, support sales goals, and lead workshops with a focus on leadership, motivation, and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience.
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring.
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of personal trainers to deliver exceptional results.
• Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App.
• Design and lead individual and small-group training sessions.
• Oversee client success metrics and ensure training quality standards.
• Support sales and assessment goals alongside leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and team development sessions.
• Drive local marketing and community engagement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited organization)
• CPR/AED certified (required)
• 3+ years of personal training and leadership experience
• Proven success in client results and team mentoring
• Strong communication, organization, and motivational skills
• Sales and field marketing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
