Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IAM operations across AD, Entra ID, PingFederate, CyberArk PAM, and PKI
• Serve as the primary technical interface between client and delivery team
• Provide leadership for incident, problem, and change management
• Review and coordinate IAM-related changes
• Drive root cause analysis for critical incidents and recurring issues
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements
• Mentor and guide L2/L3 engineers and support knowledge transfer
• Track service delivery metrics, SLA compliance, and operational performance
• Coordinate with client stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to resolve complex issues
