Job summary

Middesk’s Entity Management team seeks an Operations Analyst to review and submit state registrations, resolve data issues, and monitor state communications. This temporary role supports payroll tax registrations and maintains customer relationships. The team emphasizes accuracy, speed, and in-person collaboration in NYC.

The role runs through December 31, 2026, with four days per week in our NYC office. Office-based work and a proactive mindset help accelerate growth and ensure compliance

Responsibilities

• Become expert in state registrations and transfers; process and submit registrations accurately.
• Follow up with customers on inaccuracies to ensure timely completion of registrations.
• Contact state agencies for follow up on untimely communications or evolving requirements.
• Collaborate with Entity Management Team to optimize processes for new features and fulfillment streams.
