Job summary

TruStage, based in Madison, WI, seeks a mid-level compliance professional to oversee the corporate entity lifecycle and ensure timely regulatory filings across jurisdictions. You will document policies, perform regulatory research, and monitor changes to strengthen controls.

You will coordinate with internal partners and external providers, support audits, and drive process improvements while applying knowledge of TruStage's business model and related compliance risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Insurance or Business fields.
• 3+ years relevant experience; mid-level with development and promotion potential.
• Ability to understand enterprise business models and compliance risks.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute multiple assigned compliance processes.
• Document compliance policies and implementation plans.
• Research applicable regulatory requirements and compliance risks.
• Follow QA and audit practices to evaluate effectiveness of processes.
• Measure and report performance in assigned compliance areas.
• Communicate risks and metrics to stakeholders.
• Understand TruStage's business model and legal requirements.
• Anticipate and develop risk mitigation strategies for new legal risks.
• Use MS Office and related systems for assigned processes.
