Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all entitlement processes across departments and agencies.
• Prepare and execute entitlement schedules to meet closing dates and business plans.
• Research project costs to create feasibility budgets for viability.
• Address impediments to timely zoning and plan approvals from multiple agencies.
• Review consultant scopes of work, development agreements, site plans, soils and wetlands data.
