Job summary

A comprehensive behavioral health organization is seeking an Entitlements Case Manager to manage services and regulatory compliance across various sites. This role can be fulfilled as a W-2 employee or a 1099 contractor. The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Maryland license, have at least 2 years of experience in behavioral health, and possess strong documentation skills. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $100,000 annually with benefits or $30.00 to $45.00 per hour for contractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of behavioral health, case management, or health-home experience.
• Experience in co-occurring or dual-diagnosis populations preferred.
• Will maintain professional liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized case plans.
• Maintain eligibility for Medicaid, SNAP, SSI/SSDI, TCA, and housing services.
• Coordinate with external providers to address social determinants of health.
