Job summary

Mesquite Gaming LLC is seeking at-venue staff to sell and distribute event tickets from Box Office or other locations. You will verify tickets, issue wristbands, and help guests find seating in the correct sections.

The role requires friendly, efficient service across indoor and outdoor settings. You will handle cash and card transactions, operate a ticketing system, and respond to guest questions while maintaining accurate billing and orderly Box Office operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle cash and credit card purchases through POS system.
• Must be customer service and team oriented.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures, hot and cold, while standing and walking for long periods.
• Must be able to read and communicate instructions to guests verbally in English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven, or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays. Work is performed indoors and outdoors depending on the nature of the event. When an event is outdoors the work environment is associated with all types of extreme weather and temperatures (hot and cold).
