Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Rockford seeks an experienced production team member to support the entertainment department across setup, teardown, and operations for concerts and events. You will assist in assembling lighting, scenery, and staging, and ensure smooth load-in/load-out of equipment and gear.

The role requires at least 3 years in event/concert production, a High School Diploma or trade certificate, and the ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school certificate is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of event/concert production experience.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Rockford for entertainment and mentor team members to provide superior guest service.
• Follow Production policies and procedures related to the entertainment department.
• Assist in implementing event operating plans and for Hard Rock Live.
• Assemble and disassemble trusses for lighting shows, soft goods, scenery, drops, curtains, etc.
• Assemble sets and stages, including related light and sound components.
• Load in before shows and loads out after performances equipment, instruments, wardrobe, tools, etc.
• Repair and maintain lighting, sound, and fly systems to avoid delays or cancellations.
